Kupandole, Lalitpur: The Westminster College had the pleasure of hosting Suresh Kumar Dahal, PhD, Deputy Director, Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) for an insightful guest lecture titled “Economics and the Changing Landscape: From Barter System to Cryptography.” 

The session aimed to expose students to real-world perspectives on economics, global monetary systems, and how these intersect with Information Technology - including emerging trends like blockchain, digital currencies, and e-commerce.

Students found the two-hour session enriching and thought-stimulating, with feedback highlighting how it helped them connect classroom learning to global economic realities and future career paths.
