Kupandole, Lalitpur. The Westminster College has successfully concluded Counseling Week, a focused initiative held from 7 to 11 April 2025 at the college, aimed at supporting students in enhancing their academic performance, attendance, and overall well-being.

Throughout the week, students were provided with personalized one-on-one counseling sessions conducted by faculty members and head of the college. These sessions addressed a wide range of academic and personal concerns, with a special emphasis on students facing low attendance and academic challenges. Individual action plans were designed to guide each student towards improvement and success.

The program also facilitated open communication, encouraging students to freely express their concerns in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. As part of the initiative, the college also engaged with parents and guardians, offering valuable insights into their child's academic journey and discussing collaborative ways to support their progress.

To ensure long-term impact, follow-up sessions have been planned to monitor each student's growth and provide ongoing support where needed.

Through this initiative, The Westminster College has once again demonstrated its proactive approach in building a supportive educational environment and promoting holistic development among its students.
